Company data access is checked in the dashboard and API. The app downloads only vehicles assigned to the signed-in user.

Trip data needs more than just a password
The service separates organisations’ data, restricts features by role and encrypts communication between the app, browser and server.
Roles and least privilege
Drivers have the features needed for recording. Billing, invoices, pro forma invoices and maps are available only to administrators.
Secure synchronisation
The app uses a token linked to the account and company, and marks local data as sent only after the server confirms receipt.
Diagnostics
The app can upload an activity log needed to investigate Bluetooth, location and synchronisation problems. Logs can also be deleted from the phone.
Backups
The database is backed up daily and the source code weekly. Backups in the designated repository are retained for 14 days.
Private trips without maps
After an entry is approved as private, the system deletes its detailed GPS points and resolved addresses. Odometer readings, distance, vehicle, driver and classification remain in the register.
Limited GPS retention
Detailed GPS points for business and unclassified recordings are deleted after three months, measured from the vehicle’s latest telemetry record.
