Trip maps — administrators onlyOnce usage counting is enabled, the intended model includes 10 logical map openings per billing period. After the limit, maps will be blocked until you choose a package of up to 500 openings for PLN 99 excluding VAT or confirm additional openings at PLN 1 excluding VAT each. Reopening the same route by the same administrator within 30 minutes, panning and zooming will not be counted again. Until usage counting is activated, these map charges do not apply.
How billing works
The annual option covers 12 months and is paid upfront in one payment. The monthly option covers one month and costs 10% more than the monthly equivalent of the annual price. For a direct purchase, the first period starts on the date payment is confirmed. After the free trial, the paid period starts on day 31.
A renewal pro forma invoice is issued 7 days before the current period ends; the invoice is issued only after payment is recorded. Upgrades take effect immediately. With annual billing, the prorated extra charge is payable on a separate pro forma invoice; with monthly billing, it is added to the next one. Downgrades and billing-cycle changes take effect from the next period.
