1. Who has this right
The right described here applies to consumers and individuals entering into a contract directly related to their business where the contract's contents show that it is not professional in nature for that person. It does not limit any further rights under mandatory law.
2. Deadline and procedure
You may withdraw from a contract concluded online without giving a reason within 14 days of entering into it. Send your notice to admin@kilometrowkavat.pl or by post to ul. Winna Góra 5/2, 46-034 Pokój. You may use the model below, but this is not mandatory.
3. Starting the service before 14 days have elapsed
If an eligible user expressly requested immediate commencement of the service and then withdraws, they may be charged an amount proportional to the service provided up to withdrawal. For the free Try it plan, this amount is PLN 0. Starting a continuous digital service does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.
4. Refunds
The amount due will be refunded without delay, no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice, using the same payment method unless the user expressly agrees to another method at no extra cost. The proportional value of the service provided at the user's express request before withdrawal may be deducted from the refund.
