A trip can be classified as private for a vehicle with the 50% mixed-use profile. During review, check the odometer readings and distance, then approve the appropriate classification.
What remains in the service
After a trip is approved as private, the system deletes its detailed GPS points and resolved addresses. Mileage, vehicle, driver and classification data remain, preserving odometer continuity without sharing private route details.
Check the classification carefully
A deleted track is not merely hidden for later editing. Before approval, make sure the classification is correct. The service’s privacy documents describe data processing in detail.
