Choose the period and format
In the reporting panel, select the date range and output format. Once generated, the report downloads to your computer. You can create a monthly summary or another date range using the vehicle’s approved records.
A printable PDF
The PDF contains company and vehicle details, the relevant VAT profile and a table of entries with space for the driver’s signature. Entry numbering starts at 1 within each report. The layout supports multiple pages, so you do not need to split larger exports manually.
Spreadsheet and text formats
XLSX makes it easy to work with the data in a spreadsheet, while CSV lets you use it in other tools. Telemetry, maps and speeds are available in statistics but do not form part of the mileage report.
