Flexible vehicle assignments
One driver can use several vehicles and one vehicle can be assigned to several drivers. The administrator manages these relationships in the company dashboard. Employees therefore receive access to the cars they are expected to drive.
Administrator and driver
Administrators manage company resources, approve data and access billing. Drivers receive features related to their own work and assigned vehicles. Maps and billing documents are available to administrators; the optional driver dashboard is enabled by the company administrator.
Access within your plan
Vehicle and driver limits depend on the chosen subscription. If you try to exceed a limit, the service offers a plan upgrade. Assignments operate within one company and do not grant access to other organisations’ data.
