Data for analysis
The service stores start and finish times, distance and speed information sent from the phone. Statistics help compare trips and identify recordings that need checking. Average speed is based on time in motion, not the whole day including long stops.
Map of the recorded route
An administrator can open a map of a trip with a retained GPS track. The view fits the route, making its stages easier to check. Map completeness depends on the points recorded by the phone, not merely on the existence of a mileage entry.
Retention and separate records
Detailed GPS points are subject to retention measured from the vehicle’s latest telemetry record. An older mileage entry may therefore remain in the register without an available map. Statistics are for analysis and are not included in the mileage report.
