The dashboard shows trips awaiting approval, grouped by vehicle. The administrator checks the driver, route points, date, odometer readings and notes. They can edit descriptions, organise segments or reject a recording that should not enter the register.
Choosing the correct driver
If several phones record a journey in the same vehicle, the correct driver must be identified. The system flags the situation for the administrator to resolve so that parallel recordings do not create duplicate mileage entries.
Controlled permissions
An administrator can give a driver access to a dashboard for approving their own trips. Access remains restricted by vehicle assignments and role. Approval is a data-checking step — automatic recording alone does not create an entry ready for reporting.
